How do I get a publisher template for A7 envelope?

Sorry Sarah, if this had been a pop quiz you'd have scored ZERO!

A-size envelopes run from A2 to A10. A4 is 4.25" x 8.625" and A7 is 5.25" x
7.25". No need for a template, set the paper size to the correct dimensions.
