how do I get access privileges in a publisher file. I can't save .

I made a publisher file in Office xp. Now I have office 2003 and when I try
to save my own publisher file, it says:
the file%s cannot be opened. Access privileges have not been given.

What is that? And how do I solve that?

Hi Mary,
Thank you so much for your answer. I begin to believe the file is corrupted.
Because I have the latest updates for Symantec virus scanner pro version 9.
All the other files don't have that problem. when I copy content of the file
to a new file, It gives me the same problem. Thanks for helping me. Ellen.
