I can't copy my document to a disk or paste it to an email and have the clip
art/picture/drawing stay with the document. How do I get it to stay on the
document? (Word 2000)

Did you link in the graphic, by any chance? Exactly how do you insert a picture
into a document? And in what file format do you save the document?

The problem is pretty clear when you send a document as an Email message (as
opposed to attaching it to an email): Word has to convert to HTML, and when it
does so, the graphic is exported as a separate file, then linked into the HTML.
And when the Email is sent, the graphic is left behind.
