How do I get my screensaver to come on when I leave my computer

When I get up tp lleave my computer unattended how do i get the screensaver
to come on.. I need an icon like we use to have on the office shortcut bar.

What has this to do with MS Office? Did you actually attempt to find the
solution yourself? Windows has a help feature you know...

Right click on the desktop
Choose properties
Click on screen saver tab
Pick a screen saver and choose time to start saver

This is a feature of your operating system not Office

Hi Dottie,

Screen savers are often .SCR file types, which
you can search for using Start=>Search/Find.

Once you've found the screen saver you wish to use
you can create a shortcut to it and place
it on a toolbar or on your desktop. Right click the
shortcut and you can assign a keyboard shortcut that
you can use to activate it when you walk away from your
computer.
