How do i get office to use the templates from this site?

When i download the templates from MS they work fine when i open them, but
when i put them into the templates folder in Office files, they are not
found, how do i get office to realize that there are new ones there to look
for? Or can you just tell me where the proper place to put them would be?

Have you tried telling word they are there?
Tools -> Templates and.... -> Add

That was helpful in a way, but now i have to go to the templates and add ins
thing each time i want to use them, i was talking about how do i get the
template thing that pops up when you say new, to realize that they are there.
I need to know how to get Word, Excel and Access to realize they are there.
