How do I get outlook to read back my emails so that I can listen

I hit something by mistake and my computer started reading my email to me. I
would like to be able to utilize this function, but don't know how too. Can
anyone tell me how to accomplish this.

Have you looked at the Narrator (Start Menu > All Programs > Accessories >
Accessibility > Narrator)
