How do I get Postcard Wizard on Microsft Word 2000?

Hello. I need to use Postard Wizard in my Word 2000, but I don't have it. How
can I get it? The paper clip dude said to use it, but I don't have it.

Tools>Envelopes and Labels>Labels and select the appropriate "label".
