How do I get the scheduled %age completion to report in Project

I am attempting to create a Microsoft Project report that reports on the %age
completion and the original programmed %age completion for a task. How do I
set this up?

I believe you are looking for Earned Value data. Take a look in Project
Help for Earned Value Analysis. You may also try searching this
newsgroup for "Earned Value" as this has been a topic of discussion for
quite some time.
