How do I hide a text in my document folder?

I would like to hide certain documents that are in my document folder. How do
I accomplish this task?

Your efforts to "hide" documents will meet with varying degrees of
success based on the operating system you are using and the level of
security you are willing to impose. Please see "File Permissions" in
Windows help and support.
