How do I 'hide' completed tasks, to remove clutter?

I have a large project with 150 tasks - half of which are complete. I would
like to suppress these so that viewing the project only shows
outstanding/incomplete tasks.

this could be done with a view that used a filter that showed only
tasks with an Actual Finish date or tasks where Percent Complete was
100.
