How do I import AND export to Access from Project?

I'm new to this application. I need to link my dates (start and finish) and
costs to Access. What's is the most efficent way to do this? I want the
data linked because the report that is distributed is in Access and will be
distributed on a weekly basis. Can anyone help? Thanks!
