What to do. I had to reinstall Office 2003 to solve another issue. Then when
running "check for updates" from the help file. I am directed to download
and install this update, not because I have Office 2000 (I have 2003) but
because I have Publisher 2000. I try to download and a postage stamp size
window opens. When i maximize it, i get error message "The page Cannot BE
Displayed " an the window I clicked to download thanks me for downloading
and gives me installation instructions. I don't have an Office 2000 disk but
have Publisher 2000 disk and Office 2003 disk. Do I put a disk in and then
try to download? If so , which one?

TIA

Use the Publisher 2000 disk.

So far, that doesn't work. Altough I get the"thankyou for downloading" and
instrctions for saving or running, the download never happens. i do get a
tiny window that when I stretch to show the contents, says the page cannot
be displayed. I put the publisher CD in the drive and tried again but still
no joy. I am never prompted for the CD.

Thanks for your effort. any more ideas?

Harmon
