How do I install paper sizes not showed in Print Setup list?

I need to use a paper size that not appear in Paper Size Print Setup list. It
only shows 'Special size' and 'A4' in Paper Size list, and 'Form Select' in
Paper Source list.

How can I fill Paper Size Print Setup list with paper sizes I need?

Is there not a custom option in your printer setup? Do you have a manual?
Open the Printer folder in the control panel, File, Print server, check Create a
new form.

The problem was 'A4' was specified as paper size for default sheet in the
server printer queue. Solved by specifying 'unspecified'.
