I am creating some custom shapes for a school project and here is the basic
problem. I selected a basic room stencile and added a door to it. However,
even after protecting the hight and width, and grouping the door and room
shapes, I can still select the door and remove it from the wall. The result I
am looking for is that when either the door or a wall is selected. That the
new combined shape is selected. Much like when you place the range3 shape on
a drawing. Eventhough there are many sub-shapes that make-up the range3, when
it is selected the whole shape is selected. No parts of the range3 shape can
be selected on thier own. How does this work?
