How do I link several files into one file

I have created several files using Publisher 2001. I would now like to link
them into one file for sending to a print company.
Can this be done and how?
Thank you
Gord

No, you haven't, as there's no such product as Publisher 2001.

Go to Help > About and write down exactly what version you are using, and
reply to the newsgroups with the full name of the version and product you
are using.

Besides Ed's suggestion that you figure out which version you have, I'd
suggest talker to your printer to see what he accepts. Normally my
suggestion is to convert them to .pdfs (no, Publisher can't do that - you
need third-party software) but your comment about "link them into one file"
confuses me. Since I'm/we're not your printer, he's the one you need to
start with.

Gord,
Since printers generally prefer PDF files, I suggest that you create PDFs of
each of your files and then merge them together.
Adobe Acrobat 6 (not the reader) choose From Multiple files on the Create
PDF drop down menu.
The free Win2PDF (http://www.win2pdf.com). Open Win2PDF and look for Merging
to an existing PDF file in Help.
