How do I lock titles in Publisher?

I created a template that requires filling in blanks. When I do this the
titles shift. Is there any way of locking titles as in Excell? I cannot
create it in Excell. The form was e-mailed to me and I opened it in
Publisher. Form will not open in Excell.

I think you are asking if you can split your view of the page so that you
could still see the titles while zoomed in on part of the page below. I am
pretty sure that publisher will not allow that. If the reason you want to
split the screen is so that you know what the title is above the textbox
where you are entering text, a possibility is to create a new masterpage with
a table of say 4 rows by however many columns and enter each column name 4
times, once each row. That way, you would probably have a column indicator
at all times. Apply the new masterpage and enter your data. Then when you are
done entering the data, apply the original masterpage.
