How do I makes slides of different sizes?

I would like to make a presentation where the slides are of different sizes,
i e to make it look like a "birthday card" when opened.
Can anyone help me?

PPT doesn't have any way to include different page sizes within the same
file.

One workaround would be to make the page size however big you want the
"opened" card to be, and then on what would be the cover(s), use a rectangle
filled with black to cover up the "nonexistent" edges. By adding these black
rectangles to the right and left of the page, you can fake the look of the
front and back covers in the middle of the slide.
