How do I move Office to another system?

I need to delete Office 2003 Student Teach Edition from and old computer we
are retiring. How do I cancel the activation for that computer so I can
install it on another system?

I am getting a newer much faster system and I want to transfer my software
from one system to the other.

You don't "cancel" activation - just uninstall it from the old machine
and re-install on the new. Follow the activation prompts.
