How do I only print one side of a book

Hello. I have a 4 page, 2 - letter size pages per side, being printed on
11x17 paper. I have been printing this on my HP JaserJet printer, duplexed,
on normal white paper with success. I wanted to change over to a heavier
bond paper but my duplexer is giving me some fits so I need to know how to
only print one side of the document in publisher at a time so I can use the
manual paper tray on my printer.
