How do I open outlook when having problems with exchange server

I am trying to set up Outlook 2003 for the first time, The exchange server
got put in instead of a pop3 setting. I cannot get outlook to even open up
enough to fix the problem, Can anyone help me?

You can access the accounts from the Control Panel's Mail applet.

Try creating a new profile and configure the email accounts through the
Control Panel.
