How do I place a picture behind text in excel?

I cannot seem to figure out how to place a picture behind the text and
gridlines in excel 2003; there is no "text wrapping" as there is in Word. I
tried "background," but that will only show up on a Web page. I would
appreciate any assistance. Thank you!

You'd have better luck finding an answer if you posted this to one of
the excel forums rather than the infopath forum.
