How do I read my text files in Picture Manager

I don't know what I did but a lot of my text only files open with Office
Picture Manager and I cannot read them. How can I change this?
Alternatively can I delete Office Picture Manager from my PC?

R-click one of the files and select Open With, and change it back to the
Program you want it to open in.
