How do I recover Contact files from Outlook 2000??

I had some work done on my computer but Outlook Contacts and Calendar were
not backed - up. Is there anyway I can recover those files??

The file you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
