how do I remove all existing data in Outlook and start again

I have just left my job and have all my work contacts/emails/calender set up
as I used my laptop for work. I want to get rid of it all and start again -
how do I do this please?

Move/delete the .pst file (message store).
Move/delete the .nk2 file (nicknames).
Optional: Move/delete the .dat file (customized menus).
Delete the e-mail accounts defined in Outlook.
