How do I remove an email account renaming virus?

Recently I have encountered the problem of sending email under one of my
account names only to have it sent under one of my other email account names.
Whenever I click on "New Mail Message" or "Return" I get an outlook warning
saying, "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in
outlook. Do you want to allow this?...If this is unexpected, it may be a
virus and you should choose 'No'."
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
dont panic, it is not a virus, it is a security warning from Outlook it
self.
So if you dont want to click yes every time, please look here
