How do I retreive archived folders from MS outlook to my desk t.

I am wanting to retrieve archived folders and materail and move my email
folders out of MS Outlook back to my email program on the web. how can i

Depends on your webmail. What webmail are you using?

Archive data files, presumably, you open them within OL
You mean your web access, depends what web access portal this is, probably
you cannot other than mailing them back to yourself
