How do I save a Publisher 2003 file as a high quality JPEG?

I have Publisher 2003 on my wife's laptop and my desktop. On her laptop,
when I am saving as a jpeg, Publisher allows me to select the quality. On my
laptop I can't. Anyone have an idea how I can save it as high quality. When
I save it on my desktop, and then open it as a jpeg it is pixelated. Thanks.

Are you sure you are running Publisher 2003?

Publisher 2002 allowed you to save as image files at screen resolution.

Publisher 2003 allows you to save as image files, and allows you to change
the output resolution.
