How do I save graphics as a template?

Have creaed a document with graphics which I want to use as a template for
the pages of my thesis.

How do I save it as a template? or how do I save it as a template which
will re-apear every time I start a new page? Is thisw possible, or do I have
to open my original graphics document and save it as the next page, next
page, etc. ad finitum??

That's at least three times you have asked this question in the last 15
minutes. Be patient!
If this graphic is a background image then add it to the page header with
its property set as 'behind text'.
If not, tell us more about the page layout.
