How do i save outlook settings? I "Hot-Desk" at work.

I work in a company where "hot-desking" is the norm.
I have to set up my Outlook to my pref's every time I change desks.
Now, I'm sure there's a way to save my settings as a profile file but I've
no idea how to go about it.
Any help?
All thanks in advance.

Can your office be setup to use roaming profiles so that most of your
settings will move with you?

Thanks for responding Vince.
Yes they can but they don't is the quick answer.
I was wondering if there was some way of creating a prefs file, saving it to
my local drive in work then accessing it when I change desks.
A right pain in the a** it is to have to reconfigure my Outlook, I tell you.

You can try using the Save My Settings wizard from the Office 2003 tools
section of your Start Menu
