how do i set a background page with drawings in a word document?

I have a document with 3 drawing objects and i want to set it as a background
so as not to be moved when i want to write something anywhere on the page. (I
would have solved my problem if the printed watemark option supported drawing
objects and not only pictures.)

You can accomplish the same thing as the printed watermark option by
anchoring your drawing objects to the header. To do this, select and cut the
drawing objects from the main body of the document, click on View | Header
and Footer, press Ctrl+V to paste the drawing objects, and move the drawing
objects to where you want them on the page. Now format the drawing objects
as "behind text" (so that your typing can be superimposed over the drawing
objects) by right-clicking on each drawing object and left-clicking on Format
Picture/Autoshape/Object | Layout | Behind text | OK. Close the header, and
type your text.
