How do I set certain days for overtime in Project?

I have an upcoming project that is scheduled for 2 crews to work six 10 hour
days, Monday thru Saturday. I am having trouble setting up Friday and
Saturday for overtime. I have several Tasks in this project which start and
stop at different times of the week. So setting Friday and Saturday as
Overtime Rates is important.

Hi,

You can set up Fridays and Saturdays to count for longer working time for
these resources.
To tell you how to do this I need to know which version you have (2007,
where it is complicated, or older, where it is simple)

But Project will not reognize any of that work as "Overtime Work".
Hope this helps,

Project does not schedule OT. It does account for it cost wise, if you
enter it in the OT hrs field. But I don't know of a way to both
schedule it, as you're trying to do, and also have it count as OT. Of
course, almost anything can be accomplished with a VBA macro, if you
have the skill and the time.

Hope this helps in your world.
