How do I set up a mail merge in Publisher e-mail?

I want to set up a bulk mail e-mail letter that includes the recipient's name
in the body of the e-mail as a salutation. Has anyone done this? Can it be
done? If so, what is the process? Thanks for any help yo can provide.

emailed letters, dues statements, etc. from an organization's Access database.
