how do I set up a task bar for the desktop in 2003 professional?

I would like to have the taks bar on the screen as it was in XP for small
business...how dop I set it up in the NEW 2003 Professional Edition I just
bought?

There is no Office Shortcut Bar in Office 2003. You can install
the OSB from a previous version of Office if you still have it.
