How do I set up a task during all the project?

I would like to have a task "Coordination" along with all the project, that
means, that starts on the kick-off meeting and ends with the last task of the
project. I pretend also that the duration of the task changes if those dates
changes.
It seams that it should be "Start-to-start" with the kick-off meeting and
finish-to-finish with the last task.
The problem is that in this way the duration does not change and remains
only one day.

Can you help me?
