how do I set up a call with my friends and have a live video feed with each

First, get some video conference hardware/software, read the
instructions, then do it. Polyspan is a reputable vendor. See
www.polyspan.com. Alternatively, use something like MSN Messenger, or
Yahoo's Messenger. These also have instructions available.
