How do I show the definition of a word by clicking on the word?

Richie

I am creating a PPT tutorial and need to know how to create a highlighted
word that can be clicked on and then display the definition?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Richie

If you are using 2002/XP and 2003, you probably want to use trigger
animation to do so.
Add a textbox, type in the additional words.
Then, click slide show > Custom animation.
Click add effect > entrance > appear/fade.
Next, right click on the effect and click timing.
Click triggers, select Start effect on click of.
Select the textbox that you are going to click.
