How do I stop Outlook from Auto Starting?

How do I stop Outlook from Auto Starting when I turn my computer on. I'm
using XP and I have had this problem since in installed the Service Pack 2
Update.

If Outlook is starting at boot time, then you must have it in your Startup
Program group. Remove its icon from All Programs>Startup
