How do I stop the enable macros prompt from coming up?

By setting the security to low?
Are you sure you want to do this?

Or, if you are talking about your own templates/macros, in the security
dialog (Tools > Macros > Security) there is a "Trusted Publishers" tab. You
can check the two boxes at the bottom (Trust add-ins and Trust VBA project)
and keep the security to medium at least.
