How do I synchronize Outlook calendar on my server adn in a personal folder?

I have two separate Outlook calendars - one on my servier and one in
personal folder. I keep the calendar in my personal folder current, a
this is the only calendar I seem to be able to synchronize with my i92
Smartphone. The problem is that since the calendar on my server is no
maintained, nobody at work can see my calendar on hte server to schedul
appointments. I would like to know if there is a way to keep my serve
and personal file calendars synchronized so I can have my schedul
visible on the server and still be able to keep current with m
Smartphone.
