How do I trouble shoot my Microsoft Outlook?

I currently use SBC as my brower and when trying to contact someone else and
hit there link and it goes to Microsoft Outlook it won't let me send out. I
think I messed up when it asked about Http: POP and other things. Now I
can't e-mail or receive using Microsoft outlook.

Go to control panel | mail, and either fix your profile to use the mail
accounts you actually use, or create a new one that does.
