This is a group specific to MS Project project management software. I'd
suggest you ask in a group that deals with MS Outlook issues. FYI, Outlook
objects are not eternal and archiving can delete shortcuts from the journal
just like it can clear out other mailbox folders as well. In fact, I
strongly suggest that you not use the journal at all since it can wreak
havoc with your system performance. Open your archive pst file and see if
what you're looking for is in the journal folder there. If not, use the
windows search for the file and locate it by modification date.
