how do i write a letter on my new letterhead

i have created a new letterhead for our business but cant seem to type any
words on it without using text boxes.how do i save it so i can use it and
write on it

You have to create text boxes. Why don't you want to?

Save the letterhead as a template-
File | Save As | Click the down arrow next to where it says .pub and change
to template.
When you open the template enter text boxes (have to) and save as
whatever.pub.
The template will always be there.

Even if he/she does that, he/she will HAVE to add a text box to enter text.
