How do you print on single fold over note cards?

I have changed the margins to half page (4.25 x 11) but it still prints at
the center of the page. I have tried using Publisher and Word 2003.

In Publisher, page setup, booklet, input Width 5.5 height 4.25. This will print two
note cards per page.
If you want a single note card without a fold, use the postcard setup.

I tried it as you suggested and it put the same thing on both panels of the
card. I only need it on one side. Do you have a suggestion?

One page one insert your graphic or text. You don't need to put anything on the other
pages.
