How do you show a photo in an Access 2007 form?

I have an Access table created in earlier versions of Access with an OLE
field. The photos that I previously entered into the database through the
form - display as photos.
Now I'm using a form in Access 2007. I tried to add a new record. On the
old records the photos show on the new record all I get is an icon - same
field, same table, same type of photo (jpg). In the table all the old
records show MSPhotoEd, the new record shows Package.
Any ideas? I have tried checking the Properties, this OLE field is set to
display Content not Icon.
