How save page as picture?

Is there a "best way" or are there options to save a one-page document as a
jpg or other picture format?

I'm using MSWord2003 and have a simple document I'd like to save as a
picture...so that I can scale it down and insert it into something else.

I'd like to be able to create "Exhibit 1" at the top of a new page, then
"paste" the scaled-down document image in the center of that page...but
first I have to have a scalable "picture" of the document to begin with.

I tried printing options.... like "File > Print > Scale to..." but this
prints it as a small snapshot positioned at top left of paper...so I can't
move it around and make room for the words at top like "Exhibit 1"

Thanks if have any ideas,

George

Here is the reply I posted to your identical question the other day:

If you don't need the whole page (including header and footer) but just the
content on the page, you can get so-so results by selecting the entire page,
copying, then using Paste Special as Picture. For a better solution, use a
screen capture. You can get a rudimentary one using PrintScreen or
Alt+PrintScreen; it's best to paste this into a photo editing program and
crop it. The best solution is to use a dedicated screen capture application
such as SnagIt (www.techsmith.com).
