Hi,
I re-installed Office 2003 from CD and did a full install, but I still
get the same problem. I thought I'd follow your instructions, but I
can't find the directory you are referring to. When I explore my CD I
see the following, plus a zillion CABs.

Where do I find the 'Office Tools tree'? The only filters I see are
for junk email.
Thanks,
Norm

~Insert your Office CD and go to the Office Tools tree and install the
~optional converters. One reason to always do a complete installation
so you
~don't find later that a feature you require is not installed.
