How to allow text to roll over to the next page?

I don't know why this is happening, but I have a 2-page document and when I
insert new text on page one, the text on the bottom of page one doesn't roll
over onto page two. Page two is blank.

Publisher is a text box application, unlike Word text does not automatically
flow without help. Create a text box on page two. With your cursor in page one,
click the link icon on the toolbar, the cursor will turn into a bucket, go to
page two, click text box 2.
