How to assign the budget resources to project summary task in P 20

Hello
Can you please help me with the above.

The specific problem is to assign the reseource categories, e.g budget
labour or budget materials to the project summary task. It is easy in Project
2007 but not in 2003. the budget check box which exists in 2007 does not
exist in 2003.

Feras --

The Budget Cost and Budget Work resource types are only available in
Microsoft Project 2007. You cannot use them in any earlier version of
Microsoft Project, including 2003. Hope this helps.
