How to automate the backup of the file "contacts.pst"

I use Outlook 2000 solely as a source of contacts. I don't use it for
e-mail.

How would I arrange for the automated backup of this file , please ?

One way is to create a Windows scheduled task that copies thhat file to some
other place. Outlook must be off when the copy occurs.
