how to cancel installtion of a downloaded microsoft upgrade

I unwillingly dowloaded a microsoft upgrade (OffXP 3), I don't want to
install it, but every time a turn on the PC keeps warning me that there
is an upgrade ready to be installed.
How can I delete that for ever? please help me.

Select a custom installation, uncheck the update and select to not show it
again.
